My favourite bit of the house is the curved wall in the hall/ lounge, lovely period feature! Closely followed by the extended kitchen. We love all the transport connections - main line at Penge East (London Victoria and line though Blackfriars/Kings Cross), Sydenham (trains out to East Croydon, round to Victoria via Clapham and in the other direction into London bridge or Highbury and Islington) and New Beckenham (into Charing cross). The gastropubs are fab, with The Alexandra being one of our favourites and The Alexandra nursery is a brilliant garden centre - they have a lovely café and do nice cakes!."
