From the owners:
We've loved living in Ecclesbourne apartments since the building was first turned into apartments from a school 15 years ago. Today it's a thriving community and we love how everyone knows one another and comes together for key occasions, whether that's neighbourly drinks in the communal outdoor space in summer or Halloween parties and Easter Egg hunts with the children.
Our apartment is built in what was formerly the school gymnasium, with the high 19 ft ceilings and bright light drawing compliments from anyone who visits. The attic is also available for conversion, with a precedent set on the floor with several flats already converted.
It's been amazing pre kids - a great space for social gatherings and with Upper St/ Essex Rd/ De Beauvoir and Haggerston on your doorstep, it's close to lots of nightlife. But it has also been a great space to live in with children. It's a listed building but super family friendly - there's a space downstairs to store buggies and bikes and our toddler loves standing on the couch excitedly watching the helicopters and planes go by.
Ecclesbourne Road is a residential tree lined street located between Essex Road and De Beauvoir. The frequent buses on Southgate Road provide direct access to the City and the numerous buses on Essex Road provide easy access to the West End. Moreover the over ground services from Haggerston and rail services from Essex Road give easy access to Canary Wharf and the City.
The thriving restaurants, shops and deli's on Southgate Road are just around the corner. Upper Street, with its famous boutique shops, restaurants and bars, and Shoreditch with its selection of galleries, independent retailers, bars and eateries, are also nearby. For those who would prefer a relaxing stroll, the Regents Canal and New River Walk are just minutes away.

Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
