From the Market Place in Devizes, head up Long Street and go right at the mini roundabout at the top. Follow the road out of Devizes heading towards Potterne, going down into the dip and just before you come up out of the dip the turning to Pippins Well can be found on the right hand side just before the row of houses on the right. There is a nameplate on the left of the entrance and it is an unmade track. Follow the track to the end where you will find the property.
