PROPERTY MAINTENANCE Maintenance Manager, Anne-Marie is your first point of contact at Crofts for any property maintenance issues. For any faults, tenants are initially directed to our online portal, which allows reactive repair reporting 24 hours a day. If it's deemed that the problem needs professional repair we use only highly-qualified trades personnel from our bank of trusted suppliers. Our maintenance team can operate a 'Spend-Limit' policy, meaning we consult you if any repair costs exceed an agreed amount (say £100). This figure is agreed with you before we commence management of the property. We are mindful that we are responsible for your property - and endeavour to work in a clear and transparent manner at all times.
