Method of Sale
The Land is offered for sale initially by Private Treaty as described in these particulars. The vendor and their agents reserve the right to offer the property for sale by private auction if there is a substantial level of interest. It is down to the vendors preference.
Value Added Tax
In the unlikely event that the sale of this property or any rights attached to it become eligible for Value Added Tax, then the tax will be charged at the prevailing rate payable by the purchaser in addition to the contract price. A 10% deposit will be payable on exchange of contracts.

The purchaser will be deemed to have full knowledge of the boundaries and areas and any mistakes or errors shall not annul the sale or entitle any party to compensation in respect thereof.
