We understand that you can either park a caravan on the site or install a mobile home. The plot can accommodate a large static caravan with 3 or 4 bedrooms.
The freeholders have a lot of options and freedom within certain specifications.
You can build what is called a Park Home, which looks like a proper house but the whole wheels assembly is hidden by skirting etc.
