The property is situated on Chaloners Road going north out of the village, so offers easy access to the village and it's amenities. Close by is the fire and police station and The Agricultural Inn.
Braunton is considered one of the largest villages in England. It is situated only a few miles form the superb sandy beaches at Croyde and Saunton. Both are renowned for their quality of surf and Saunton also has an excellent golf club with two championship courses. Braunton Burrows is only a few minutes drive away and this is a superb area for dog walking and exercising. It is a n AONB and a UNNESCO Biosphere.
The village itself caters well for it's inhabitants with a good choice of places to eat, public houses, coffee shops and a good number of local shops and stores.

Here there is covered shopping in the town centre ar green Lanes and out of town shopping at Roundswell. There is a brand new leisure center, Tarka Tennis Centre, Scotts Cinema and The Queens Theatre.
The North Devon Link Road offers a convenient route to the M5 Motorway at junction 27, whilst The Tarka Rail line connects to Exeter in the south. This picks up the direct route to London.
