Fyfe Mcdade was established in 2007 by Carl Schmid and Ray Smith who, after several years of working in various sectors of the property industry, decided to create an estate agency with a difference. The company name is derived from their mother’s maiden names, Fyfe &amp; Mcdade. They had a vision of a professional estate agency, but one staffed by down to earth, friendly, like-minded people who would dispel the stereotype of the shiny suited, clipboard carrying, aggressive sales people that many people expect to encounter. Staff were instructed to always act in the best interests of their clients, but also to focus on customer service and try to develop long lasting relationships with everyone they were dealing with, be they landlord, vendor, tenant, purchaser, developer, solicitor, lender or surveyor.
