Stairs leading to first floor level, has a separate WC, door leading through to the main open plan living area where there is a dining table that seats up to 8 with a modern fitted kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and breakfast bar at one end all equipped for your self catering needs. The other end opens out to this lovely sitting area with comfy seating and your eyes are drawn to the Amazing river views out from the patio doors leading to this good size balcony with outdoor furniture ideal for those perfect warmer days and evenings. You then have stairs leading up to the Second floor level which has a Double Bedroom to located on the River side that also enjoys this lovely view with En-suite Shower Room, the other end is a Double Bedroom with 2 link beds either as a double or two twins with door to small balcony area to front and good size modern family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Now up to the Second/top floor you have this spacious Master Bedroom that has its own Balcony with River views along with this impressive dressing area and en-suite Bathroom Room with bath and shower.
The location of this holiday let couldn't be better. It is situated just off Shoreham high street home to a variety of its shops, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. You do have a choice of where to eat and we can recommend the Bridge Inn which which is lovely in the beer garden on a summers evening overlooking the river Adur with its lovely views and funky house boats. Also there is Shoreham Airport which has a lovely Art Deco Building, serving food all day that's a ten minute walk away.
For local transport you have the 700 Coastliner bus that can take you to Worthing, Littlehampton or the city of Brighton and Hove Shoreham railway station is also within walking distance. While you stay you can always visit the South Downs with its spectacular walks too.
The house comes with one parking space. Also there is free parking in nearby streets and the carpark within a few minutes walk you can stay for £5 a day approximately.
