Key information
Property description & features
On a practical level, there is so much storage in this apartment, with the large fitted wardrobes and 3 built in cupboard spaces for utilities, coats and shoes, so I'm never finding I run out of space.
Although the built in Poggenpohl kitchen provides plenty of storage and high-spec appliances to cook with, I do love to eat out a lot, Bristol is one of the best places for food in the U.K. Just a short 5 minute walk across the road is Cabot Circus, which offers plenty of shopping and eating choices (including "Kaiseki" a Japanese restaurant on the top level which serves gorgeous bao buns and lychee martinis) and just a further 5 minutes away is Gloucester Road which has a long stretch of all the best restaurants and bars nestled amongst vibrant street art which really captures Bristol's heart, you'll even spot a famous Banksy opposite "The Canteen" which is a great place to enjoy small tapas-like plates of food, drink and watch live music. Gloucester Road is also the U.K's longest road of independent shops, and is the perfect place to support local communities and find special trinkets and sustainable clothing shops.
Having everything in Bristol within a 20 minute walk (or 5 minute Uber if you're feeling lazy) has really made my experience of this city an exciting and fun time."
Old Market is home to several independent shops and cafes such as Glitch, West Street Kitchen and Old Market Assembly/Assembly Bakery, and was named amongst the top ten coolest places to live by the Sunday Times in 2018. Available to residents of this area is the ease of access into Bristol City Centre with several areas of employment also nearby in the Temple Quay Area. A huge retail choice is available within a short walk to Cabot Circus and Broadmead but also with the independent shops on Old Market Street and Cheltenham Road. For train travel, Bristol Temple Meads is within a ten minute walk, with national and local buses departing from nearby. The flat is located within walking distance of several microbreweries, such as Moor, Good Chemistry and LHG, and is nearby the popular Castle Park with Finzels Reach and its bars area. The property is well-positioned also for those who frequently drive out of the city, with the nearby M32 linking directly to the M4. For those who like to get out of the city, the flat is close to several roads which link Bristol to the outstanding countryside of the Cotswolds to the north-east of the city and the Mendips to the south.
Placed on the second floor of the new Redcross Village development is this beautifully presented two double bedroom apartment. upon entry, you are met by a large entrance hall that leads through to a substantial open-plan kitchen-living room with fully integrated appliances and a Juliet balcony that captures the evening sun. There is also a utility cupboard with plumbing to install a washing machine. There are two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, with the main room housing an ensuite.
*This apartment doesn't currently come with any parking, however there will likely be parking available to buy or rent on site in 2025 as according to the developer, and current owner rents a parking space within a 5 minute walk away which has been very useful during her ownership.*

Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on January 30, 2023
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on December 2, 2022 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
