Directions & Situation - The land is situated adjacent to Marston Common Road which runs along the western boundary and runs from Roston Common down to Marston Montgomery as will be seen on the attached plan.
The land lies approximately 5.9 miles from Ashbourne and approximately 1 mile from the village of Marston Montgomery.
