Upon entering the hall you are greated with wood effect moduleo and part glazed oak veneer doors, in the living room there is a woodburning stove and a large window to enjoy semi-rural Norfolk. To the rear of the property has 2 of 3 bedrooms with feature wall paper and a shower room with large shower tray and rainfall shower head, to the side of the property is a garden room/studio. Throughout the bungalow there are oak window sills, chrome sockets and ceilings have a smooth plaster finish. In 2021 the boiler and radiators were installed as well as the oil tank. Outside the property is approached with a driveway, lawned area and pathway to the entrance. To the side has a gate which leads to the side and rear gardens which are split into 3 sections, the total measurement of the 3 sections is approximately 74 ft (max) x 54 ft (max). To the side is a garden with a shingle and paved areas, an outside bar area of timber construction, storage shed with a laid to lawn garden separated by picket style fencing and some exotic planting. To the rear is a shingle garden which also houses the oil tank.
Situation
Banham is an English village and civil parish in the county of Norfolk, about 7 miles (11 km) north of Diss, 12 miles (19 km) east of Thetford and 20 miles (32 km) south-west of Norwich.[2] It is home to Banham Zoo, a private collection open to the public for more than 40 years, which houses over 2000 animals. The Church of England parish church, dedicated to St Mary the Virgin, is a Grade I listed building. The village also boasts a post office, an outstanding primary school and plenty of local shops, pub and butcher’s shop.[3] The name of the village derives from "Bean homestead/village", or perhaps "hemmed-in land where beans grow".

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on August 10, 2022
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on August 10, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on October 2, 2023 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
