*Vendor's comments:* My sister and I bought this flat together nearly 6 years ago as first-time buyers and have loved our time here. Initially, we struggled to find a 2 bedroom flat with 2 good size bedrooms. When we saw this flat we knew it was perfect for us. Both double bedrooms are a generous size and there is a gorgeous open-plan kitchen living space for all our needs. The sun streams into the living area through a balcony with views of Selhurst Park and Crystal Palace!
The flat is in a great area, so close to both west and east Croydon station as well as the high street and Selhurst station. We have made full use of the box park being so nearby for delicious food options as well as regular events.
We're both starting our own families so for the last year we have been renting the property successfully! We're so sad to be leaving the flat but will be staying local and hope the next buyers enjoy it as much as we have!"
