We’ve lived here for 12 years and purchased off-plan. The flat is the largest 2 bedroom in the building and has large rooms, a good-sized family bathroom and an ensuite with a large shower. The lease includes one parking space in a secure underground car park, which is a godsend when the weather is bad (no ice on windscreens!). It’s very close to lots of transport links (a 10-minute walk to East or West Croydon train station) and the shopping centre is within walking distance. There are also some friendly local shops, a doctor’s surgery and a pharmacy around the corner. Most importantly there is a lovely family-run café, which we will miss!

The development is secure and has good outside communal space. The building is set back from the main road, and outside noise is minimal, so nice and peaceful! We’ve spent many a time watching the squirrels and birds, especially the robins.

The flat has recently been decorated with neutral colours and is a blank canvas for any new owner. It will be a beautiful home and we hope you love it as much as we do."
