Vendors View - We have lived in 92 Melbourn Road since 2002, and have raised our children here, created and grown a business here, and have made many changes inside and outside to our house. I think the size has been perfect for hosting family events, not just the space in the house, but the garden too, and it is our mini get away just off Melbourn Road! Summer in the garden is fantastic, and winter with two real fireplaces, is perfect. Great for Christmas! It has been a perfect location for work, and has great access to motorways and trains, as well as quick access to Cambridge and London. There is a good sense of community in Royston, and so many people feel it is a great place to live. Royston Heath is fantastic for walks and picnics, and we have many independent shops and restaurants. We know you will love the location and space, either in the house or in the garden.

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s

Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted

Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on October 25, 2023 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
