Planning
This application gained approval on the 9th June 2023 for development of 18 self build plots including a new access road and associated landscaping from Durham County Council.
Approval of reserved matters shall be made to the Local Planning Authority before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. The development of the whole site must be begun not later than the expiration of two years from the final approval of the reserved matters.
