The plot is offered for sale on an un-serviced basis, with services available nearby The prospective purchaser will be responsible for all the costs with connecting to the services. The necessary changes to the access road required by the Planning Authority will be carried out by the seller along with fencing the plot to a stock proof standard.
A plan showing the location of the plot is attached. In addition to the ground the prospective purchaser will receive a heritable servitude of access along the farm road shown within the red boundary, with liability for repair and maintenance thereafter on a user basis.
