The plan for Bluebell Walk is to turn the entire building into dozens of small shops. Initially, the scheme will consist of 10 units on the ground floor facing Costa Coffee selected to be interesting and useful, rather than just maximising rents. Once the initial 10 shops have been let, a further 30 shops will be constructed. There are also plans for food outlets. The opening hours for Bluebell Walk will be the same as the Oak Mall, but once we are up and running, these hours may be extended.
Greenock is located on the River Clyde approximately 25 miles west of Glasgow and 15 miles from Glasgow Airport.
The Inverclyde district area has a population of just under 80,000, with approximately 40,000 living in Greenock.
