The Seller's View

We have loved owning and living in this home over the years. Convenience-wise, it's only a short and quick walk up into the city or to the station, and there's also really easy access to riverside walks, just at the end of Meadows Lane. Handbridge is a great area of Chester to live, having such a friendly village feel to it, but with all the advantages of the city-centre on the doorstep. The house itself has been flexible and spacious enough to handle a variety of layouts for us; both of the living rooms have been used as a lounge or dining room at various times, with the back-room having the added benefit of just walking out onto the peaceful, sunny garden. And upstairs, the difficulty was always deciding whether to use the sunny South-facing bedroom at the back, or the front bedroom with the more open view towards the city from the window. We've got many happy memories of living in Meadows Lane, and hope that whoever purchases the house will be as happy there as we were.
