The primary bedroom is a generous sized double, with two double glazed windows looking over the gardens in the front of the property and the playing fields of Brighton College. Space for any bed of your choice, and a double radiator, a built-in wardrobe with hanging space and shelving above.
We then turn into the lounge, to the front we have two double glazed windows and a double-glazed door leading out onto a south facing balcony again with views over Brighton College playing fields. Wonderful space for a good-sized sofa, television, and enough space for table and chairs without your lounge and dining space encroaching upon each other.
Finally, we go into the kitchen, which is worked around a stone worktop we have sink unit and drainer, red glass splash back, double glazed window to the rear, a range of wall and base units, plumbing and space for a dishwasher, space for electric cooker and oven also space for large fridge freezer.
The property also comes with its own allocated parking space.
