Location - The land is located on the northern side of Carlton Lane towards the western fringe of this Holderness East Coast village lying approximately 11.5 miles due north east from the City of Kingston upon Hull and approximately 6.5 miles due south of the coastal resort town of Hornsea.
The land has frontage to Carlton Lane there being a single gated access.
