Before an offer of tenancy can be made we require satisfactory references to include credit check, employer&#39;s reference and Landlord&#39;s reference if applicable. You will need to be able to pay the first month’s rent, the deposit (typically equivalent to one month’s rent plus £200, but dependant on individual circumstances) and our setting up fee.
