Term
The tenancy will be written under the statute of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 excluding the renewal provisions contained within s24 to s28 of the same and for a term of 1 to 3 years ( flexible). An extension to this lease period can be arranged for an additional fee.
Rent
£15,000 per Annum plus VAT @ 20%,
£1,250 per Calendar Month plus VAT @ 20%.
A deposit of £2000 will be required at the start of the Tenancy. This will be returned minus any appropriate deductions at the cessation of Tenancy.
