TERMS OF TENANCY

The Tenant will be responsible for internal repairs along with outgoings including but not limited to water, drainage, electric and business rates.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of 2 months rent will be requested from the Tenant. This will be returned minus any appropriate deductions at the cessation of the Tenancy.
BUSINESS RATES
Unit 2 and 3 are currently rated as a whole, individual ratings are pending following a split of the rates.
OUTGOINGS
The tenant will be responsible for payment of electric and business rates with water and drainage charges included within the rent. There is an approximate 10% of rent service charge to cover the general upkeep of site
SET UP COSTS
Incoming Tenant will be responsible for paying a contribution of £500.00 plus
VAT to the Landlords legal fees.
