SITUATION
Warmington Manor benefits from an exceptional village location, with uninterrupted views over designated village green space. Warmington is a charming village located in North Northamptonshire, true to its rural location, its name means ‘farm settlement’. The village benefits from an array of amenities from a primary school to the post office, village hall, allotments and the Red Lion public house. There is also a 13th century church.

There are several local, countryside walks such as The Nene Way footpath which travels through the village and a delightful walk to the nearby village of Fotheringhay, steeped in history, and the location of the trial and beheading of Mary Queen of Scots.

The date stone over the entrance highlights that the manor house was built by the Elmes family in 1677 and restored by Richard Proby, of the Proby family, in 1962.
