In 2008 Paul acquired the company Pettifer & Co to be able to offer both a sales and letting service, re-branding the company name to Pettifer Homes Direct , operating from 23 Warwick Row in the heart of the Estate Agent and Professional community As it became apparent that the name “ Chillingsworth ” was missed, it was decided to re-brand again and the name we use today, Paul Chillingsworth Homes was created.
