Price per desk as follows, all prices are per calendar month and exclude VAT;
1-4 desks - £450 per desk
5-7 desks - £425 per desk
8+ desks - £400 per desk
TERMS -
Offices are available on a licence agreement with a commitment to a minimum of a 6 month lease and then 2 month notice period to end the licence.
Deposit - One months rent plus vat
Business Rates - Tenant is liable, if you are a small company you should qualify for small business rates relief
Vat - Payable
Services - These are included other than franking machine usage, photocopier usage and call charges, parking is included, broadband is included, electric, heating, cleaning, tea, coffee and kitchen facilities.
