Some words from the owner:
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR PROPERTY?
I have owned this flat for 21 years and lived in it for much of that time until I had to move for work. I loved how spacious all of the rooms were which was great as I was sharing with friends at the time so it never felt like we were on top of each other, there are two bathrooms and a large kitchen which was great as we all enjoyed cooking. The lounge in particular was very spacious so I was able to create an additional bedroom or you could use it as a separate dining area if you wanted. The apartment has high ceilings and plenty of character throughout, I loved the 1930's / art deco feel of the block which was the appeal when I bought it. Whilst I haven't lived in the apartment for a few years there is a real community feel in Barons Keep, you will get to know the neighbours well and I made many friends over the years. There is also off-street car parking and use of a day porter with the apartment. The service charge also includes the heating and hot water.
WHY ARE YOU SELLING?
I have moved away from the area for work and the apartment has been rented out for several years now. I am looking to purchase a house and will use the proceeds of this sale for that.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THE AREA?
Barons Court is a great area to live, it is very central and convenient, but much less busy than nearby Earls' Court, Fulham or Hammersmith. The local shops and cafes are really well-established and friendly and there are great local pubs including one with a theatre downstairs.
I've loved being a short walk to the beautiful Holland Park and Kensington High Street plus living so close to the Thames. In addition it's been so easy to pop into Soho on the Piccadilly line or head to Kew Gardens in 10 mins on the district line. Really felt that I've experienced some of the best of London whilst living here!

Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on February 9, 2022
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on February 9, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on July 7, 2011 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
