Directions
Travelling north on the A1(M), take Exit 77 and at the roundabout take the first exit on the A696, towards Jedburgh/Ponteland. At the Newcastle Airport roundabout, take go straight over and then at the following roundabout take the second exit sign posted Prestwick/ Dinnington. Travel through Prestwick village, along Prestwick Road until you reach Dinnington village. When you reach the T-junction, turn left. After approximately 0.2 miles, the land will be on your left-hand side after the houses. Nearest postcode: NE13 7LH.
There is roadside frontage onto the land, however a new entrance gate will need to be put in place by the Tenant.

The land is situated on the northern edge of Dinnington village.

Rights of Way and Wayleaves
The land will be let subject to all existing Wayleaves, rights of way and easements. The Landlord or his agents reserves the right to walk on the land for inspection.
The Tenancy Agreement
The land will be let for an initial period of 12 months. A copy of the proposed tenancy agreement is avliable to view on request. The rent for the agreement will be payable in advance.
The Tenant will be responsible for insuring his/her own stock, crop and equipment.
The Tenant will not be allowed to sub-let or part with possession of any part of the Holding or to share occupation of the holding under any circumstances.

All tenders should be received at the office of H&H Land & Estates, Blackmoor Court, Durham Moor, Durham DH1 5ER by no later than Tuesday 29th August 2023.
Tenders to be submitted using the attached form. Once tenders have been received the Landlords will consider all tenders and all parties will be informed of the outcome.

1. All tenders must be submitted on the attached form.
2. The Landlords and their Agents, H&H Land & Estates, do not bind themselves to accept the highest or indeed any Tender.
3. The decision of the Landlords will be final and binding.
