A few words from the owner:
What do you love most about your home/property?
We love the light in our apartment throughout, with the beautiful feature windows, making the place look light and spacious, with its lovely wooden floor. Our kitchen, freshly renovated a couple of years ago, with the bright teal tiles, with south facing windows over the garden. A second bedroom, which was the perfect office & guest bedroom before, and is now our daughter's bedroom . The flat has lots of storage throughout the flat, and the storage room on the ground floor - which is extremely handy. We are also very close to all the action being a few steps away from Upper Street, but as our street is tucked in, it's very quiet & calm
Why are you selling?
We are going to be sad to leave our flat but as a growing family we now require more space.
What do you love about the area?
It has been wonderful living so close to Upper Street in the middle of Islington, which offers a wonderful selection of weekend (and midweek) adventures with all the restaurants, shops & cafes has been wonderful for the last few years, Between Gail's, Ottolenghi & local cafes, you'll be spoiled for choice when looking for great coffee and pastries! The area is also very green with numerous parks close by - Highbury Fields, Clissold Park, Shoreditch Park & the canal - and whilst being at the heart of London, it feels very homely and friendly.
Our flat is also so convenient with Highbury & Islington , Angel tube and Essex Road stations all within walking distance. There are also dozens of bus routes from Upper Street, making you perfectly connected to most places in & outside London!

Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on December 20, 2021
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on January 7, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on October 12, 2023 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
