Take the righthand turn onto 'the Lyde' and continue for approximately 1.5 miles and you will arrive at the hamlet of Meadowtown. Continue through Meadowtown and follow the pointer to the left hand side. Take the right hand track and in 100m, take a left. The entrance to the land will be 50m ahead, marked by a 'for sale' sign.
