N.B: Utilities are not currently connected to the plot, however it is believed that there is drainage, electricity and water within close proximity. Any prospective purchaser will have to make their own enquiries regarding services.
There are TPO's on three large trees at the very edge of the plot. This is detailed within the site plan drawings.
From our office, leave the Square via South Molton Street (B3226) signed Crediton. Stay on this road until its junction with the A377 at Fortescue Cross. At this junction turn left towards Exeter. After approximately 2 miles turn left at Leigh Cross, signed Chulmleigh. Continue up the hill, before turning left into Back Lane. The building plot will be found after a short distance on your right hand side.
