LOCAL MARKET CONDITIONS

There are a few shops available in High Street however these are in the main within the poorer located parades to the west and north. There appears to be reasonable demand although predominantly demand is from local concerns rather than multiple tenants. There are no shops only available within the subject block, which is considered prime for Ashby High Street.
