Property description & features

| TWO BEDROOM HOLIDAY APARTMENT |

Formed within the ground floor of a smart, low-rise building overlooking the inner harbour and under-cliff walk, this apartment offers comfortable and generous living space for up to four people in two bedrooms. Beautifully presented in keeping with the seaside location, this apartment feels both modern and homely and comes equipped with everything you’ll need for your self-catering holiday.

In brief:

Style: ground floor apartment

Bedrooms: 2; 1 king, 1 twin

Bathrooms: 2; 1 en suite

Living rooms: 1 generous living and dining room

Outside: east facing terrace

Location: Brighton Marina

Parking: private parking space

Why you’ll like it:

It sits in a secure, gated development within the marina and includes a private parking space close to the apartment entrance. Once inside your holiday home, it is immediately clear it is a stylish and beautifully maintained space with a calming view to the east which can be enjoyed from a private, full width sun terrace.

From here, you can watch the boats come in and out in the morning sunshine while you plan your day’s/evening’s entertainment - either here at Brighton Marina or in the city nearby. During the cooler seasons, there is a TV, DVD player and complimentary WiFi, so you can enjoy the living room space with a movie or streaming service.

The kitchen is immaculate in white with a streamlined, contemporary feel, and it has plenty of storage plus a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, fan oven and a hob - although it will be tempting to eat out most nights with so many restaurants and cafes on your doorstep.

The master bedroom has a king bed and also enjoys views across the water with access to the terrace via French doors. There is a second twin bedroom which is equally warm and comfortable with delightful views of the boats and the undercliff walk to the east. These rooms share use of two bathrooms; one with a shower over the bath, and the other with a roomy shower cubicle.

Reviews:

“We had such a relaxing weekend here at Brighton Marina. We enjoyed meals out and boat trips, plus there are some lovely walks nearby.”

Brighton Marina:

Whether you are a family looking to holiday along the coast, a couple excited for a weekend getaway or you are planning a business trip in the city, we offer an incredible range of holiday apartments for let by the night, week or month.

Brighton Marina has something for everyone. It sits equidistant from the City of Brighton & Hove, the South Downs National Park and the quaint smugglers villages of Rottingdean and Ovingdean, but has plenty to offer right here too.

Taking a stroll along the boardwalk, you can look out over the boats as they come in and out of the Marina while dining at one of the many family-friendly restaurants. Take the family bowling or to the cinema, or bungee jumping if you’re brave enough. Enjoy a night out at the renowned Rendezvous Casino after a meal and cocktails on the balcony of Malmaison.

For fishing and boating enthusiasts there are several boat trips every day, plus yachting, sailing and water sport lessons available (weather and season permitting). Get pampered and any one of the spas, hairdressers and beauty salons, and for shopping there are several boutiques within the inner harbour.

Whether you are on foot, in a car or hiring a Brighton Bike from the Marina, you can access the City of Brighton & Hove in minutes as its iconic Palace Pier and Royal Pavilion are just 1-mile along the coast to the west. Heading east along the undercliff path you’ll come first to Ovingdean Cafe and Beach where freshly baked cakes can be enjoyed on the sand as the children play in the rock pools. Fish & chips can be found further along in Rottingdean where village pubs and antique emporiums are just a minute inland on the High Street.

Take a trip up the i360, or visit one of the many theatres, art galleries and museums in Brighton - which comes to life during the May Brighton Festival. The North Laine offers a bohemian and cultural experience with artisan cafes and independent shops - all of which are accessible by jumping on the Number 7 bus which leaves Brighton Marina every 10-minutes.
