We will require a holding fee, equivalent to 1 weeks rent, upon applying for a property. This will then be transferred as part of the bond should the application be successful. If you withdraw from the application or provide us with false or misleading information, this holding fee may not be refundable.
Payment for rent in advance and a bond will also need to be paid before a tenancy can be entered into.

To arrange a viewing please make sure you can arrange the following when handing in your application (after the viewing has been completed).
- We do not have any landlords that would accept pets currently.
· Proof of ID.
· Proof of income (2 Recent payslips or recent benefits award letter).
· 3 Months bank/ post office/ simple statements.
· A landlord reference.
· 2 Character references.
· If you are working you will also need a guarantor.
The moving in cost for a flat are:
1 Months rent in advance
