THE PROPERTY This two-bedroom holiday lodge is located in the desirable village of Shaldon, on the popular Coast View holiday site. Well-presented throughout, with easy access to the site's fantastic facilities and stunning sea views from the decking. STEP INSIDE As we approach the property, the first thing we notice is a large decked area. We then walk through the front door into the lodge. The property has a nice open floor plan with a kitchen/diner and a lounge area. The kitchen includes a table and chairs, plenty of floor and wall storage, room for a fridge, freezer, oven, and hob, and possibly a washing machine or dishwasher. The kitchen has an integral washbasin and drainer, and the window offers stunning views of the sea. The lounge has plenty of room for furniture, and a patio door leads to the decking, providing another view point for the stunning sea views. Doors off the lounge lead to additional rooms. There are two double bedrooms on the property, both with plenty of room for bedroom furniture. The family bathroom includes a walk-in shower cubicle, a low-level WC and a wash hand basin.

 

THE OUTSIDE The property has a large decking area with plenty of room for a table and chairs, making it ideal for sitting and enjoying the sea view.
