The gardens are so spacious but also very easy to maintain and provide seating areas where you can enjoy sun or shade throughout the day. We’ve been lucky to always have lovely neighbours over the 20 years. We love the proximity of the library, the pavilion, the park and the playing fields, as well as the convenience of the shops, Doctors surgery and pharmacy. Upton is a lovely area with great walks around the estate, up to the zoo, or into Hoole or Chester.
