On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, the main bedroom has 5ft king size double bed, fitted cupboard, views of the garden. Bedroom 2 has wrought iron king size double bed, fitted cupboard and ornamental fireplace.
Bedroom 3 is a twin bedded room with fitted cupboard.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc and basin and there is an additional shower room.
Outside there is a good sized garden with table and chairs and parking for several cars.

Bekesbourne is a lovely rural village to the east of Canterbury set amongst the fruit orchards so common in this part of Kent. The village has a public house together with a branch railway station on the Canterbury to Ramsgate line. For local shopping the nearby village of Littlebourne has a post office/general stores.
The Cathedral City of Canterbury (3 miles) has a wide range of shopping recreational, cultural and educational facilities including two universities and a wide range of schools in both the state and private sector. The high speed rail link offers services from Canterbury West to London St Pancras (57 minutes). The ports of Dover and Folkestone are within 15 miles and the Channel Tunnel is 30 minutes away.
