We have loved this cottage for the past 30 years but health issues mean it is time to move. We have always enjoyed the garden and there are great places for a walk and we bought the adjacent field so it could not be built on and spoil our lovely views. Hoaden is a quiet and peaceful hamlet but not far to the village of Ash with its shops, pubs, a primary and prep school. Wingham is also nearby with its individual shops, post office, pubs, restaurants, Wildlife Park, garden centre and farm shops. Golfers can play at Princes and the world renowned St George's championship course and sailors can moor their boats along the River Stour in Sandwich. Other sports clubs are available and there are excellent grammar schools in Sandwich, Canterbury and Dover as well as private schools in the vicinity.
