To the centre of the lodge is a the family bathroom. The bathroom consists of a bath tub with shower over, low level WC and a wash hand basin. Both the shower and wash hand basin have tiled splash-back.

The outside space is at the rear of the property and is a spacious decked area with more than enough room for table and chairs. There is a stunning outlook across the sea and over to Teignmouth.
