Outside is where this property really comes to life. The garden is wonderful and laid out in many sections with the first being predominantly laid to lawn. Brick-built sheds offer lots of storage and benefit from having a power supply and serve as a divider from the next part of the garden. Little Coxwell is a charming and attractive village, conveniently placed a mile or so from the A420, giving access to Faringdon, Wantage, Abingdon, Oxford and Swindon and the M40 and M4 motorways respectively, leading to mainline railway services from Swindon, Oxford, Oxford Parkway and Didcot Parkway.
The Eagle public house has a popular restaurant as well as retaining a traditional pub atmosphere and St Mary’s Church dates from the 12th century.
The nearby historic market town of Faringdon, dating back at least to the 12th century, has a thriving community and amenities such as the Leisure Centre, Library, Faringdon Community College, The Elms and Folly View primary schools as well as The Old Station Nursery, doctors’ and dentists’ surgeries and The Place Family Centre. Buses travel from the town to private schools at Abingdon. The town now boasts three large supermarkets.
Faringdon is also ideally positioned for the A420, with a frequent bus service through the town from Swindon to Oxford and back, linking to rail services and airports.
The Tower on Folly Hill was built by Lord Berners in 1935 and affords panoramic views across four counties. For over 20 years, the town has been twinned with Le Mêle-sur-Sarthe in France and in 2004, Faringdon became the first Fairtrade town in the South East of England.

Broadband availability and predicted speed
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
