house to avoid 50% of booking value penalty fee, 7-28 Nights Stay: 1 week notice required prior to arrival date or whilst in
house to avoid 7 nights penalty fee, 29+ Nights Stay: 2 weeks’ notice required prior to arrival date or whilst in
house to avoid 14 nights penalty fee
