THE PROPERTY
Tucked away on the edge of the most delightful village, first glimpses of this wonderful 18th century property are most impressive with its hugely attractive facade constructed of natural stone under a pitched slate roof.
On first entering the property there is a real sense of charm, space and light, the property having recently undergone a fastidious programme of works resulting in a truly fabulous family home. Walking around the house it is almost impossible not to smile, with stylish and contemporary accommodation to suit most families' needs. Surprisingly not listed, there is now a perfect juxtaposition of old and new, with open fireplaces and wood burning stoves, exposed timbers and newly fitted solid oak floors and doors, and oak architraves throughout most of the house.
Worth a special mention is the truly fantastic open plan family kitchen which exemplifies modern living with a large central island and plenty of room for a breakfast/dining table. Like many rooms in the house, it boasts views over the delightful gardens and unspoilt countryside beyond. Also on the ground floor is a large family room with a vaulted ceiling, ideal for entertaining on a large scale, but this space could be put to a number of uses such is the flexibility of this incredible property.
The principal bedrooms are situated on the first floor, with four beautiful bedrooms including a main bedroom with an en suite bathroom and dressing room. On the second floor there is a further converted loft space with an additional bedroom, study, and spacious sitting room/bedroom 6, ideal for teenage children and/or guests.
OUTSIDE
The property is approached via a quiet village lane where you are greeted by an impressive stone entrance with wrought iron gates opening onto a private driveway with ample parking. There is a large triple bay oak framed car port.
The gardens are an absolute delight including a fantastic walled kitchen garden with raised beds, timber fruit cage, greenhouse, brick potting shed and clay oven. From the kitchen there are double doors opening out onto a large paved terrace ideal for al fresco dining. There is a large lawn, a utopia for children and animals. The eastern boundary of the property there is a small paddock bordered by the River Mangerton. In all the gardens extend to over 1 acre.
All in all, this is a truly wonderful family home in an idyllic yet very convenient location.

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on August 20, 2015 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
