This is most interesting character cottage located just off the town centre in Chapel Street, with a large garden that leads down to the River Lowman.

Another few steps up lead you to the larger of the two bedrooms, with two windows this is a lovely light room. Another few steps up to the top of the house, and this is where the second double bedroom is located. This room has a pleasant view out the rear overlooking the garden.

The kitchen door opens to a footpath at the back of the house that provides access to a couple of other properties. A gate opens to the enclosed rear garden which is an excellent size and when you are in it, you really don’t feel like you are so close to the centre of Tiverton. A large timber garden room currently provides a good storage space, but could equally be adapted to serve as a home office, or as intended – an escape from the house – a second lounge perhaps?

Tiverton is a thriving and historical market Town that has independent cafés, a recently improved leisure centre, three superstores, along with plenty of other shops to enjoy something to eat and drink or browse through.
