Owners Thoughts:

When I chose this house, there were three priorities for me. Location, I wanted to be close enough that I could walk to the shops and amenities on Kingswood, but also be tucked away at the end of a family friendly cul-de-sac. Parking, the driveway allows both our cars and a guest to park here, most houses only have 1 space, 2 if you're lucky. Space, with 3 double sized bedrooms there's plenty of room, too many houses I looked at had a tiny box for bedroom 3.
