Another gorgeous living space for you lucky people! This lovely large garden flat is spacious, beautifully presented and has loads of storage. Step down to your private Front door entrance and inside we have a handy entrance hall area for coats and shoes. Out the back door to the private enclosed patio garden with its many seating areas! There are two terraces one raised and one lower - both providing space to sit and chat or get a bit of peace and quiet with a good book. The raised one is a lovely sun trap for afternoon and evening sun. Out of one gate we have another sun trap seating area near to the second gate to the rear. The gate opens out on to the quiet back street (Hove Place ) providing temptation to enjoy a cheeky one at the Better Half one of the loveliest pubs in the city (in our opinion).

Great location? The apartment is set in a charming part of Hove, not just because of the beautiful seafront, Hove lawns and the wide range of restaurants, bars & coffee shops on hand just moments up the road. Over the road you have some fantastic treasures: Morocco's homemade ice cream, the Sugardough Bakery's Portuguese egg tarts and the best pizza outside of Northern Italy at Francos . Walk out of your private garden and open the gate and there you have hidden on a quiet back street the fabulous 'Better Half' pub, ideal for Sunday Roasts and an intimate chat over a glass of wine & a pint of Harvey's.
Hove station is a short 10 minute walk so commuters are going to be happy bunnies. Lovers of the sea are going to love the 2 minute walk!
