The kitchen has wall and floor mounted units with a work surface above. There is an integrated hob and oven, a stainless steel washbasin and drainer, as well as space and plumbing for a washing machine and fridge freezer.

 

THE OUTSIDE To the front of the property, there is one parking space and a garage that is solely for the flat.

A spacious roof terrace off the lounge/dining area offers a beautiful view of the sea. This sunny location provides ample space for garden furniture.

The estate's grounds are communal, and a private beach is accessible through a locked gate at the bottom of the estate.
