From Windermere head south onto the A5074 for approximately 1 miles, then take the first exit onto the A592, before taking the next left onto the A5074. Continue along this road for approximately 1 km, the land is located on your left.

The land is located approximately 7 miles south of Windermere and approximately 3 miles south west of Winster. It is situated in the iconic Winster Valley in the Lake District National Park.
