The full size fridge freezer is built-in with storage surrounding. In the middle of the Kitchen is a wonderful island with further storage and a breakfast bar.

With French doors out to the patio terrace, al fresco dining is made easy for those long summer days. The Utility is conveniently positioned off the kitchen, with its own entrance it lends itself well a a boot/ dog room after muddy walks.

The first floor comprises of four good double bedrooms, all of which have built-in storage and double aspect views.

Bedrooms 1 & 2 are larger with en-suite shower rooms, there is a family bathroom on the landing for the other two bedrooms.

OUTSIDE
There is two-storey outbuilding; on the ground floor to the front is a generous double garage with separate pedestrian access. To the rear are two rooms, a WC and stairs leading up to the first floor. Upstairs the space runs the entire length of the outbuilding, with full head height in the middle. The downstairs rooms and upstairs offer potential to convert into ancillary accommodation, subject to usually planning consents.

The garden wraps around the entire house but is larger and predominately to the South and West of the house. The garden is mostly laid to lawn with mature trees and shrubs scattered around the garden including two beautiful willow trees and a lily pond.

Walking nearby is fantastic with the Cotswold Way just 6 minutes’ walk away taking you East up to Cam Peak and beyond.
