Brief Ground Floor Accommodation
There are four reception rooms on the ground floor, three of which are accessed from an impressive reception hall which also has a cloakroom and WC. There is a west facing garden room which is accessed from the dining room. The kitchen is at the back of the house and gives access to the rear garden, via a very useful utility and laundry room.

Brief First Floor Accommodation
A galleried landing on the first floor provides access to a principal bedroom suite and three guest bedroom suites. From the landing there is also an exterior door, with external staircase to the side of the building, providing the opportunity to create self-contained guest accommodation if required.

Location
This location enjoys a distracting 180 degree panorama with tidal seafaring traffic including trawlers, day boats and leisure craft constantly in view.
